When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We use PayPal and Credit Card by phone for method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex &Discover. When you make a purchase you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order. Once we have checked the price and availability we will send you another email of acceptance of your order. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods cannot be provided for some reason, or that there has been a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
If the goods are not available as stated, we will notify you of length of delay and will not bill your credit card until your order is ready to ship.
How To Place An Order
To place an order, when you have found the item on the products page click on
the link that reads "(more)" and you
will be taken to a page for that product. In the lower right corner you will
see a PayPal order button. Click on that and you will be redirected to the secure
PayPal site to purchase your product(s).
Delivery
We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Our shipping charges are based on package size and weight. We ship all products USPS. If you need an item shipped to you by some other means or expedited please contact us before placing your order. If your purchase is lost or damaged in transit, please inform us immediately so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will replace the damaged goods upon receipt of the damaged parts.
Cancellation and Returns
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, if for example the product is faulty or not as described.
If you must return goods you must do so at you own expense. You are responsible for risk of loss or damage on returned goods so you should take out insurance to cover their value. If you fail to take responsible care of the goods before they are returned to us and results in loss or damage, we will charge you for the reduced value.
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the problem. If the product is found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, we will replace the items upon receipt of the faulty parts. If the product is found to be faulty but you have delayed the complaint then we will repair the parts upon receipt of the originals.
